This master planned community is a redevelopment
project located within the City of Lake Elsinore,
California. The property for this project was
previously undevelopable flood plain located
on the edge of the city's recreational lake
known as Lake Elsinore. Upon completion, this
sizeable recreational resort community will
contain a mix of residential product types,
a golf course, hotel and village retail with
office and restaurant uses.
The Lake Elsinore Redevelopment Agency selected
a Civic Partners affiliate as the master developer
of this lakefront property. Civic Partners,
in partnership with The Corky McMillin Companies, is master
planning a 700+ acre parcel for lot sales to
merchant builders. Additional land will be developed
to meet the market demand for commercial, retail
and additional housing.
