style apartment community. The project includes
140 rental homes, each with private patio or balcony.
The property landscape and grassy courtyards are
situated among a web of meandering paths, mature
trees and beautiful foliage.
Mountain View Apartments was built to meet the
low- and moderate-income demand for affordable,
quality rental apartments. The project was developed
through a public/private partnership with the
County of Riverside. It was built using tax-exempt,
rated bond financing for the construction and
permanent mortgage. Equity was provided by a private
family trust.
A Civic Partners affiliate was the developer and
general contractor for this $6.5 million project.
