Tenth
Street Place is a pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use
project in the heart of downtown Modesto. This
project is the centerpiece of the redevelopment
efforts of the City of Modesto. The project includes
office, retail, and entertainment components that bridge the gap between a
hotel/convention center and the most vibrant existing
commercial areas. The main portion of the project
consists of administrative offices for Stanislaus
County and the Modesto City Hall. Additionally,
the project includes an 18-screen cinema and approximately
48,000 square feet of retail space, in three phases.
A 750-space parking structure has also been built
as part of the project. |
