Renaissance Terrace is a 102-unit apartment community
located in downtown Long Beach. Located just blocks
from the downtown core, Renaissance Terrace offers
the excitement and convenience of an active, urban
life-style.
The apartment community has 25 of its spacious
rental homes reserved for the senior market, with
the remainder designated for the low- and moderate-
income population.
The project was built through a public/private
partnership with the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Long Beach. This redevelopment project
was designed to meet the city’s housing
needs under its local coastal plan. The plan was
established as part of the city’s conformance
to the Coastal Commission requirements for the
city’s development of its downtown beach
areas.
A Civic Partners affiliate was the developer and
general contractor of this $5 million project.
